This online course is the last module of the Trauma Responsive Care series. This course will focus how to create and lead a trauma-responsive early childhood program serving infants and toddlers. This session is intended for early childhood leaders, who may include program directors, family child care providers and owners, teacher leaders, or other infant/toddler partners in leadership roles. Participants will be provided with a brief overview of trauma and trauma-responsive care and explore effective leadership strategies and business practices that will help lead trauma-responsive programs.
