This session is intended for early childhood leaders, who may include program directors, family child care providers and owners, teacher leaders, or other infant/toddler partners in leadership roles. Participants will be provided with a brief overview of trauma and trauma-responsive care and explore effective leadership strategies and business practices that will help lead trauma-responsive programs.
