Description

Meets the Family Child Care provider annual supervision training requirement. The audience for this course is intended for new immigrant and refugee family child care programs. This training curriculum will identify MN Rule 2 Licensing standards, National Association of Family Child Care standards, and best practices regarding supervision in inclusive family child care settings; examine and address the official expectations for supervision in comparison to personal and cultural practices; and assist participants in developing a personal plan for following practices of active supervision.
