By the end of this training, participants will be able to: • Recognize the importance of family perspectives and involvement as well as effective communication in early childhood programs. • Recall knowledge of appropriate observations and ethical practices as well as the characteristics of an early childhood educator.
Participant Support Accommodations
Anytime Learning courses are self-paced and include instructor-recorded audio for each PowerPoint slide. Participants can take as much time as they need to reflect, process, and take notes. Reflection opportunities will be provided throughout the course. The module will include videos, interactive quizzes (matching, true or false, sequencing), supplemental readings and a web-based lecture to support different learning styles. A script will be provided so participants can read what is said in the voiceover of the presentation.
