By the end of this training, participants will be able to: Analyze Time Management in Early Childhood Settings: Identify common time challenges, explore individual time use within early childhood programs, and examine effective time planning and prioritization strategies. Develop a Personalized Plan for Improved Time Management and Goal Achievement: Identify personal and professional priorities for satisfaction and create a personalized growth plan for time utilization and goal completion.
Participant Support Accommodations
Self-Paced Eager to Learn courses are self-paced and has the instructor recorded audio for each PowerPoint slide. Participants can take as much time as they need to reflect, process, and take notes. Reflection opportunities will be provided throughout the course. The module will include videos, interactive quizzes (matching, true or false, sequencing), supplemental readings and a web-based lecture to support different learning styles. A script will be provided so participants can read what is said in the voiceover of the presentation, and closed captioning is available.
