Ann Dietman is a professional working in the therapeutic setting on the Leech Lake Reservation. She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work through Walden University and is a Licensed Graduate of Social Work through the state of Minnesota. She has an undergraduate degree through Concordia, St. Paul in Child Development. Ann works by day engaging therapeutically with ages across the life span with a treatment focus on the 0–5-year population, engaging primarily in trauma work.
She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), PCIT (Parent Child Interactive Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), is working toward Certification in CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy and is a trainer of Child Adversity and Trauma through Peaceful Households.

Ann believes in holding culture as a priority and uses developmentally appropriate modalities that promote healthy attachment between a child and caregiver.
