I work for a non-profit organization that works with family child care providers and child care centers, and offer the food program to their programs. I have trained on many nutrition topics. I also have a degree from Bemidji State University in Early Childhood Education. I now work with Bemidji State University supervising preprimary student teachers. I was a preschool teacher for five years prior to my role with Providers Choice and Bemidji State University.
