Kamyala Howard (she, her, hers), MSW, LCSW, is the founder of WE’RE DIVINE professional development and consulting. She is an educator, mentor, coach, and trainer. Ms. Howard creates experienced based structured learning opportunities focusing on disrupting inequitable practices, operationalizing racial equity; racial trauma and unpacking the marginalized experience; identity development and culture and cross-cultural communication. Her intensive community-based background includes creating models intended for early childhood and youth program development, cultural reflective healing practices, understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), professional fatigue about burnout and supporting diverse communities facing multiple challenges.

Ms. Howard received her graduate degree from the University of Minnesota with special emphasis on cultural studies, family systems and clinical behavioral health. She is a licensed clinical social worker.
