Nicole Andrews is an expert in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training for teachers and families. By providing definitions, terms, and overviews of DEI principles, we help to create more equitable classrooms, and a more intercultural world. As an IDIĀ® Qualified Administrator, 14+ years in Early Childhood Education, formal and informal training in DEI, and a lifetime of lived experience as a Black woman, Nicole, brings an accessible wealth of knowledge to each of her trainings. Nicole takes a whole child, whole family approach to broaching subjects that involve different diversity dimensions. Nicole has had extensive training and served as a coach for TS Gold, Creative Curriculum, CLASS Observation, Conscious Discipline, and Zones of Regulation, to name a few, and can direct training to align with curricula.
