Hello Early Childhood Professionals! I am passionate about the field and have been supporting, coaching, mentoring and training staff since 2003. I have worked as an NAEYC Assessor, Head Start Manager, and Child Care Director before opening my own program in 2012. Some of the topics I am most passionate about include temperaments, behavior guidance, infant and toddler care and assessment. I am available to train on approved training created by DHS, CICC and Think Small, or training that I have written that has been approved in DEVELOP. I am also available to tailor-make a training that meets the needs of your staff or group.
